49bdt Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By accessing, registering on or using the 49bdt platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 49bdt. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 49bdt platform.

Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. 49bdt uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take action against any accounts found to be in breach of this rule.

When registering your 49bdt account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. You must keep this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 49bdt login credentials.

• XP is earned on real-money bets only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not contribute to VIP XP.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level for your current tier may result in a tier downgrade.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited to your wallet on the schedule published on the VIP page.

• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 49bdt and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or using more than one 49bdt account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the 49bdt platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit after it has been used for wagering.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting 49bdt support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive real-money balance, 49bdt will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
• Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as published in the fee schedule in your account settings.
• 49bdt will attempt to notify you before applying any inactivity fee.
• Accounts closed due to breach of these terms are not eligible for reinstatement.
